Refund Policy

✅ Eligibility:

• Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

❌ Non-Refundable Items:

• Underwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons (unless defective).

• Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional discounts.

🔄 Refund Process:

1. Contact us at service@yndqcy.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

   • Original payment method: Refund issued to your card/bank (may take 3-10 days to reflect).

   • PayPal/Apple Pay: Refunded to your account within 24 hours.

Exchange Policy

🔁 We offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect size/color (subject to availability).

• Defective or damaged items (see below).

📦 How to Exchange:

1. Email us at service@yndqcy.com with your order number and preferred replacement.

2. If approved, return the original item with the RMA number.

3. Once received, we’ll ship your replacement free of charge (within 7 business days).

⚠️ Note: Exchanges are not available for sale items unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with defects:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

2. We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite a replacement or refund.

3. No return shipping costs will be charged for verified defects.

Important Notes

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return costs unless the item is defective or our error.

• International Duties/Taxes: Non-refundable; deducted from refunds if applicable.

• Lost Returns: We recommend using tracked shipping (we’re not liable for undelivered returns).
